Throughout the years, a number of reputable businesses serving the legal community have chosen to advertise their services in NALS of Arizona's seasonal publication, The Abstract.  Monies raised from advertising assist NALS of Arizona in fundraising efforts which go towards scholarships, hosting educational events, and other worthwhile pursuits.

NALS of Arizona thanks you for your interest and support of its educational efforts.  The following information is supplied to assist you in selecting the size and duration that you wish to advertise.

DEADLINES
All advertising can be either on a per issue or yearly basis.  Closing date for publication is 60 days before each NALS of Arizona Educational Conference (to be announced by editor).  All contracts can be canceled by advertiser or publisher upon 30 days' written notice.  Previous advertisements will be repeated according to contract or insertion order if new copy is not received.

CONTRACT AND COPY REGULATIONS
Editor reserves the right to refuse advertising.  Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against NALS of Arizona.

• Advertisers not submitting payment or ad copy by the deadline will be deferred until the next issue.
  
• Cancellations are not accepted and copy corrections not guaranteed after deadline date.
  
• Any advertisement larger than the 1/8 Page advertisement shall be supplied by advertiser or advertising agency in camera-ready ad copy (JPG, PDF, GIF, or PNG).
  
• Originals will be destroyed by the editor if disposition instructions are not furnished by the advertiser within six months from the last placement.
  
• Each advertiser will receive an electronic copy of the issue(s) in which the advertisement appears.
