The Abstract

The Abstract is provided to all members of NALS of Arizona, board members of NALS, Inc., and other advertisers. It is published three times per year and is printed on 8½" x 11" sheets, 14-to-16 double-sided pages per issue. The Abstract is also available by downloading from this page. Editorial content is comprised of legal education, reports of officers, and local/state/federal legal news with emphasis on legal educational activities.

Deadlines

All advertising can be either on a per issue or yearly basis.  Closing date for publication is 60 days before each NALS of Arizona Educational Conference (to be announced by editor).  All contracts can be canceled by advertiser or publisher upon 30 days' written notice.  Previous advertisements will be repeated according to contract or insertion order if new copy is not received.

Contract and Copy Regulations

• Editor reserves the right to refuse advertising.  Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against NALS of Arizona.

• Advertisers not submitting payment or ad copy by the deadline will be deferred until the next issue.

• Cancellations are not accepted and copy corrections not guaranteed after deadline date.

• Any advertisement larger than the 1/8 Page advertisement shall be supplied by advertiser or advertising agency in camera-ready ad copy.

• Originals will be destroyed by the editor if disposition instructions are not furnished by the advertiser within six months from the last placement.

• Each advertiser will receive a copy of the issue(s) in which the advertisement appears.

Thank you for your interest in subscribing to The Abstract, which is published three times per year.  You will receive the first issue published after receipt of your contract and payment.  Included in the newsletter are the flyers for all upcoming educational events as well as important events in the legal community, court happenings, and rule changes.  We try to gather as much information to assist our readers in their day-to-day office functions as possible.
